JANUARY 2024 – Bay Area Executive Coach, a leading Northern California provider of executive and leadership coaching and team development, is now certified as an MBE – Minority Business Enterprise, by The Supplier Clearinghouse.
The certification follows a detailed verification process used to ensure full compliance with The Supplier Clearinghouse’s rigorous standards for MBE certification. The accreditation allows Bay Area Executive Coach to participate in the supplier diversity program with California public utilities.
“I had to provide extensive documentation about the business, financial information, as well as information that attests to my ethnic background, specifically as a person of Asian descent,” commented company owner and principal Michael Neuendorff. “With this certification, vendors looking to enhance and expand their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion participation can engage with us with confidence, knowing that we’re indeed a certified MBE.”
