On its way to becoming a leading training and instructional resource for results-minded business executives and senior leaders, the Bay Area Executive Coach (BAEC) YouTube channel has surpassed the 1000 subscriber mark. According to a recent survey, only about 9% of YouTube channels have 1000 or more subscribers, placing the BAEC channel in an exclusive category.

The channel currently presents more than 30 topical leadership training videos, with new titles added on a regular basis. In addition to the feature videos, the channel also offers a group of video shorts, each under 1 minute running time, for quick reference and information refresh.

“My goal was to create an informative and practical video channel to help busy executives and senior level managers become better leaders,” says BAEC principal and video host Michael Neuendorff. “We create videos on timely topics of interest to our target audiences. I present useful information in straightforward language without jargon or cliches. My style of speaking is very easy to understand, which has garnered us an international audience of people who speak English as a second language. Viewers have commented on my practical educational style, which is very much appreciated.” Neuendorff added.

Consistency and quality are other reasons why the BAEC channel has attracted 1000+ subscribers. Channel visitors will find a listing of professionally-produced Leadership videos covering such hot topics as time management, cultivating trust in the workplace, growing emotional intelligence, enhancing communication skills, and mastering executive presentations, to name but a few of the present titles.

In addition to the BAEC channel, Neuendorff hosts another YouTube channel “Build & Balance” devoted to sales training and presentation skills. That channel, launched 6 years ago, presents more than 360 videos, to over 14,500 subscribers and has accumulated hundreds of thousands of views.
