Unlock the Power of Teamwork!

The Five Behaviors® Assessments & Facilitation overview.

The Five Behaviors® Team Development Program

Workplaces are in constant flux, it can feel downright impossible to develop a truly cohesive team. With the proven framework of The Five Behaviors®, developing and practicing teamwork happens more easily, and relationships thrive—taking your team AND organization to the next level.

The Five Behaviors® team development program will transform the way your team works together by measuring the team’s approach to teamwork and helping team members better understand themselves and the personalities on their team. Teams will learn a new framework for more productive behaviors, based on The Five Behaviors® model.

How does it work?

The Five Behaviors assessment measures how a team performs in five areas:
Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, Results

Powered by the research-validated personality tool, Everything DiSC®, this assessment helps
participants identify their individual DiSC® style and discover how each style brings value to the team.

Participants receive a personalized report. Teams will also learn how their specific team is
performing on each of the behaviors in the Five Behaviors model. These findings will help the
team better understand their dynamics and create action plans for areas of improvement.

The facilitation training brings the personalized Team Development report insights to life
through powerful breakout activities and group discussions that help the
team translate the learnings into impactful everyday practices.

Because building a cohesive team takes time and continuous effort, teams can
continue their learning and development through both the comparison and progress reports.

Is The Five Behaviors Team Development Right for Your Team?

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team assessment and accompanying material are designed for an intact team of 3-12 people who meet on a regular basis and are collectively responsible for results. The team members share common goals as well as the rewards and responsibilities for achieving them.

Not every group is a team. For example, a group that appears to be a team might simply be a collection of people who report to the same manager but who have relatively little interdependence and mutual accountability. If a group does not meet the criteria of a true team, this process is unlikely to produce the results they expect.
